This Privacy Policy explains how Clanflare collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards “Personal Information” and “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” (SPDI) as defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("IT Rules 2011").

2.6 Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus up to 3 years, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

2.7 Your Rights

You may review, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or request data portability by writing to our Grievance Officer.

We will acknowledge receipt of grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

We may amend this policy periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3 Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Subscriptions

3.2 Managed‑Service Retainers

Cancellations require 30 days’ written notice. Pre‑paid retainers are non‑refundable but may be credited toward future Clanflare services within six months.

3.3 Add‑On Credits (Studio Renders, AI Calls)

Unused credits expire at the end of the subscription term and are non‑refundable.

3.4 How to Request a Refund

Email : with (i) invoice number, (ii) reason, and (iii) payment mode. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8‑10 Indian business days. GST collected is remitted to authorities and cannot be refunded once the return period lapses.
